PT. LISGO MOTOR INDONESIA values and is committed to protecting customer privacy. This privacy policy is intended to explain how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information and other information related to you. Please read it carefully.
By providing us with personal information or using our products or services, you indicate that you understand and agree to the provisions of this privacy policy, including but not limited to agreeing to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information in the manner described in this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the Goeco Travel Service Usage Agreement. II. How We Collect and Use Your Information
We may collect and use information related to you or your use of PT. LISGO MOTOR INDONESIA products and services, including but not limited to the following categories:
1. Goeco APP or Goeco Website
1.1 Account Registration: During the account registration process, you need to provide us with the following personal information: nickname (optional), phone number, gender, avatar (optional, select upload), introduction (optional), city of use, hobbies (optional), social media accounts associated with logging into our account (optional), and your mailing address (optional). You can also register your account by logging into other third-party accounts, but for the purpose of logging in, we will need you to grant us permission to obtain certain information from third-party accounts, such as your avatar, nickname, region, gender, publicly available friends or contact lists, and other configuration information you authorize. If you do not want to grant us access to these third-party accounts, you can register directly on our website or app. For all privacy controls, options, and specific privacy provisions in these third-party accounts, please refer to their privacy policies.
1.2 E-motorcycle Battery Exchange Service: Geographical information, purchase information, payment information when using certain services on Goeco APP or Goeco Website. However, some services require account registration before use.
1.3 Social Platforms: Photos, videos, text content, location information, voting information.
1.4 Featured Menu: Content is not tailored based on individual browsing data, personal information, or other privacy data. It is manually selected and displayed uniformly in the background, and everyone sees the same content.
1.5 Instant Messaging: Nickname, phone number, and chat records.
1.6 Participation in Activities: Depending on the specific requirements of the activity, we may collect information such as your mailing address, contact number, and name.
1.7 Online Customer Service Consultation: Consultation and feedback records.
1.8 Remote Viewing and Control of E-motorcycles Using Goeco APP: If you bind the E-motorcycle's Bluetooth with Goeco APP and activate E-motorcycle-related functions, you can view information such as locking, arming, and finding the E-motorcycle through GoecoAPP. If you bind the E-motorcycle's VIN with Goeco APP, you can view battery information such as battery level, cumulative mileage, battery temperature, and real-time location of the E-motorcycle through Goeco APP. Historical riding records of the E-motorcycle, including mileage, riding distance, riding time, and estimated carbon reduction data. We also provide you with the ability to remotely control various states of the E-motorcycle.
1.9 Other Features and Services: We may collect relevant information in other features and services after obtaining your consent. For example, in functions like "Battery Exchange Map," we will, with your authorization, enable location permissions to collect your location information to provide you with the addresses of nearby Goeco battery exchange stations.
2. Cookies
Additionally, during your use of the Goeco website or Goeco APP services, we may automatically collect information through technologies such as Cookies. This includes:
2.1 Log Information: This comprises your operational records, browsing history, posted comments, and sharing records.
2.2 Device or Software Information: This includes configuration information provided by your mobile device or other programs used to access our services, the version of the mobile device, and device identification codes.
2.3 Other Information: This involves your location information, IP address, and network status.
Cookies are small text files stored on your local computer. If you visit the Goeco website, Cookies will be used to identify you. This allows us to enhance the user-friendliness of the Goeco website and make adjustments based on your preferences. Website Cookies stored on your computer will remain valid indefinitely after your initial website visit. You can change your web browser settings to be notified when Cookies are stored on your computer. You can also change settings to make the browser not accept Cookies from the Goeco website. However, if your browser does not accept Cookies from the Goeco website, you may be unable to access or use certain functions of the website.
3. Purchase of PT. LISGO MOTOR INDONESIA Products or Services
When you book or purchase our products and services, we may collect the following information:
3.1 Personal Basic Information
- Includes name, ID, contact address, contact phone number, account information, and information obtained with your consent through other means.
3.2 Information Generated During Your Car Reservation and Purchase Process
- Includes relevant information and records generated when you visit Goeco electric stores, participate in our events, register for test drives, place phone orders, or contact our user advisors or sales department. This includes information about your E-motorcycle order and information obtained with your consent through other means.
3.3 Basic Information About Your E-motorcycle
- Includes your E-motorcycle's frame number, dashboard Bluetooth ID, engine number, E-motorcycle identification number (VIN), battery number, and information obtained with your consent through other means.
4. Use of Goeco Electric E-motorcycles
During your use of Goeco electric E-motorcycles, Goeco APP, and related services, for a more intelligent car-sharing experience, improved product and service quality, diagnosis, and resolution of product and service issues, we may periodically collect:
4.1 Information Collected by Goeco APP and Goeco Electric E-motorcycles
- Includes Goeco APP account information, setting data, E-motorcycle riding behavior data (including battery level, mileage, travel time, speed, and estimated carbon reduction data), Bluetooth-linked mobile device information with user authorization, E-motorcycle data (including dynamic E-motorcycle data, drive motor data, overall E-motorcycle data, power storage battery data, engine data, E-motorcycle location data, charging data, extreme data, fault data).
4.2 Information Collected Through the Built-in SIM Card Service in E-motorcycles (VIN E-motorcycles Only)
- Information collected through the SIM card service provided to you, including your frame number, SIM card number, and usage of traffic (including traffic usage for various application systems).
4.3 Charging, Battery Exchange, and Maintenance Services
- Information collected through charging, battery exchange, and maintenance services, such as your battery usage, charging and battery exchange service usage, and maintenance issues and records.
5. Information Obtained From Other Sources
We may obtain your personal information and other information from other legal sources, such as public databases, social media, and our partners, third-party service providers, contractors, and agents.
6. Permissions We Request
To provide relevant products and services, we need your authorization to enable the following permissions to collect relevant information. If you refuse to enable these permissions, you may not be able to access certain functions or services.
6.1 Location Permission
- When using Goeco APP's social platform service, viewing E-motorcycle location and trajectory data, and location-related functions in E-motorcycle battery exchange services, we may need to enable your mobile device's location permission.
6.2 Camera or Camera Roll Permission
- When uploading avatars through Goeco APP or using social platform services to upload images or videos, save community images, share posters, select local images or videos for posting, or scan E-motorcycle frame numbers and QR codes at battery exchange stations, we may need to enable your mobile device's camera or camera roll permission.
6.3 Microphone Permission
- When uploading videos through Goeco APP, we may need to enable your mobile device's microphone function. During this process, we will collect your recording content. Please note that even if you have agreed to enable microphone permission, we will only obtain voice information during your active video recording.
6.4 Payment Functionality
- When paying for service orders through Goeco APP, we may collect your third-party payment account. If you do not agree to us collecting this information, we will not provide you with the above services, but it will not affect your use of other basic functions of the product.
- When shopping on Goeco APP, we will collect your transaction information, including your name, contact number, shipping address, and other information to ensure that we can correctly send you the purchased goods.
6.5 Push Notification Permission
- Based on the collected information, we provide suitable services to you. For example, showing you search results, information flow, or advertising/promotional information results. For this, we may collect your browser model, log information, browsing history, and, within the scope of your authorized consent, collect and use your device information (IMEI, IMSI, MAC, Android ID).
6.6 Customer Service
- When you file complaints, appeals, or inquiries with us, for the convenience of contacting you or helping you solve problems, we may need you to provide your name, mobile phone number, and feedback content. Because this information is essential evidence for us to provide certain specific customer services to you and is necessary information for continuing to provide services. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may be unable to provide timely feedback on complaints, appeals, or inquiries.
Please note that enabling these permissions represents your authorization for us to collect and use this personal information to achieve the functions mentioned above. If you disable permissions, it means you have revoked these authorizations, and we will no longer collect and use your personal information for these functions, and we cannot provide the corresponding functions associated with these authorizations. Your decision to disable permissions will not affect the processing of personal information based on your previous authorizations.
Moreover, according to relevant laws and regulations and national standards, in the following situations, we may collect and use your relevant personal information without seeking your authorization:
(a) Related to the obligations prescribed by laws and regulations that the personal information controller must fulfill;
(b) Directly related to national security and defense security;
(c) Directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests;
(d) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

III. Ways and Scope of Information Use
The information collected during the provision of our services to you may be used for the following purposes:

- Responding to your inquiries and requests, such as sending product feature information, E-motorcycle status notifications, etc.
- Conducting service follow-ups, such as obtaining feedback from your test drives.
- Inviting you to participate in surveys related to our products and services or in membership activities.
- Sending you relevant information about management, safety, E-motorcycle rescue, E-motorcycle maintenance issues, etc.
2. Monitoring the Safety of E-motorcycles
- Monitoring the operational status of your E-motorcycle to ensure availability and safety.
3. Providing PT. LISGO MOTOR INDONESIA Products and Services
- Implementing various functions and services provided by the Goeco APP and website.
- Providing network services for the E-motorcycle's built-in SIM card and other related management services.
- Completing your orders and providing services such as battery replacement and maintenance.
4. Battery Asset Management for E-motorcycle Battery Exchange Services
- Analyzing information collected during your use of battery exchange services for battery usage analysis, maintenance services, battery health and safety analysis, asset inventory, etc.
5. Publishing Your User Posts/Comments on Other Apps
- Publishing your user posts/comments, both past and future, on other apps operated by our affiliated companies and third-party partners to provide more convenient information services. By posting on Goeco app, you agree to grant a permanent, global, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, hold, store, transmit, copy, modify, create derivative works, distribute, grant sublicenses, or use in any other known or subsequently developed legal manner, after anonymizing your account information. If you do not agree with this use of information, please request the cessation of such activities.
6. Using Goeco Electric Services in Collaboration with Third Parties
- Collaborating with third parties to integrate resources and provide you with better services. Goeco may share your personal information with third parties based on specific project requirements. We will notify you of personal information sharing through pop-ups or other means and obtain your consent before using the service.
7. Researching New Projects and Services
- Exploring the feasibility of potential business collaboration projects with third-party partners for better service provision. We may share partially necessary information after de-identification or anonymization with potential business partners for project planning and research.
8. Legal Requirements and Legal Proceedings
- Using information for purposes required by laws and regulations, court orders, or other legal processes, including monitoring E-motorcycle-related data for government data collection/monitoring platforms according to new national electric E-motorcycle standards.
IV. Promotional Information
We will periodically use your name, phone number, and other relevant information to provide you with information on our products and services, messages, advertisements, evaluations, activities, promotions, and other promotional information. We may also share your information with our affiliated companies, companies in which we have a significant ownership interest, selected third-party service providers, or partners (for their benefit), allowing them to provide information, latest news, evaluations, activities, promotions, and promotions about their products and services. If you do not wish to receive marketing information from us in any form or if you change your mind after giving your authorization, you can choose to revoke your authorization. You can unsubscribe by following the instructions provided in the SMS or by contacting us as listed in the "Contact Us" section below. Please note that even if you choose to unsubscribe from receiving marketing messages, we may still send you important administrative and security messages.

(b) Directly related to national security and defense.
(c) Directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests.
(d) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment enforcement.
(e) Difficult to obtain the data subject's consent due to the need to protect the data subject's or other individuals' lives, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests.
(f) Personal information voluntarily made public by the data subject to the public.
(g) Collected from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc.
3. Rights Protection
- Sharing your information to protect our rights, property, or safety, as well as those of our employees, users of the service, or the public, from harm.
4. Merger, Acquisition, or Asset Sale
- Transferring your personal information for the needs of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales. Before transferring your personal information, we will provide you with appropriate notice and ensure that your personal information receives protection equivalent to that described in this privacy policy.

For example, when sharing Goeco APP-related content with Facebook or Instagram, we will provide your username and other personal information.

- Sharing personal information publicly disclosed by you on Goeco APP with third-party partners to provide more convenient information services to internet users. By uploading and publicly disclosing your personal information on Goeco APP, you agree that we may use such information within the legal limits, including sharing it with third-party partners after reasonable de-identification or desensitization processing. Please do not upload and disclose sensitive information on Goeco APP that you do not want us to share with third parties.
7. Services Provided in Collaboration with Third Parties
- Sharing your personal information with third parties based on project-specific circumstances during collaboration business operations to provide you with better services. We will notify you of the specific situation of personal information sharing through pop-ups or other means before you use the relevant service and obtain your consent.
8. Researching New Projects and Services
- Collaborating with third-party partners to explore and advance potential business collaboration projects. We may share some of your personal information with potential business partners after appropriate processing such as de-labeling and anonymization. The sharing of such data is limited to business scenario demonstrations in the early stages of project analysis, testing, and planning and will not be used as the basis for targeted advertising or precise marketing.
9. Battery Replacement Service
- In the battery replacement service we provide, if the rented battery is provided by a third-party battery asset company and/or operated by a third-party battery operation company。
VI. Storage of Information
1. Location of Information Storage
We store your personal information on servers and public clouds located within the territory of China. Typically, such personal information will not be transmitted across borders to locations outside of China, regardless of where you use our products.
2. Duration of Information Storage
We will retain your personal information for the shortest period within the scope required by applicable laws and for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this privacy policy. Beyond the aforementioned period, we will either delete your personal information or anonymize it.
VII. Your Rights and Choices
In accordance with applicable data privacy laws, we will employ appropriate technical means to ensure your rights to access, update, correct, or delete your personal information. When you exercise your rights, we may request you to provide identification to ensure the confidentiality of customer information. We will complete the verification and processing within 15 working days of receiving your feedback.

You can access, update, or correct your personal information at any time through the "My" interface in the Goeco APP. When you update personal information, we may request verification of your identity. Once we have sufficient information, we will respond to your request within a reasonable time. Based on certain exceptions, we may refuse your request within the scope allowed by applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to adjust your rights as per applicable laws and regulations.
2. Right to Correction
If you wish to access your account information, order information, E-motorcycle usage data, etc., on the Goeco website or Goeco APP, you can contact us using the methods listed in the "Contact Us" section to access your personal information. Based on certain exceptions, we may refuse your request within the scope allowed by applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to adjust your rights as per applicable laws and regulations.
3. Right to Deletion
If we violate laws and regulations or agreements with you regarding the collection, use, or sharing of your personal information, you have the right to request deletion. You can contact us using the methods listed in the "Contact Us" section, or for personal information collected through the Goeco APP, you can submit relevant requests through the "My-Settings-Feedback" function in the Goeco APP.
4. Right to Withdraw Consent
Each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. For the collection and use of additional personal information, you can give or withdraw your consent at any time. You can contact us using the methods listed in the "Contact Us" section, or for personal information collected through the Goeco APP, you can submit relevant requests through the "My-Settings-Feedback" function in the Goeco APP.
5. Unbinding and Account Logout
You can unbind yourself and your E-motorcycle at any time through the Goeco APP. Once unbound, you and anyone else will be unable to view historical information generated by the E-motorcycle during your binding period.
You can submit a logout application through "Goeco APP-My-Settings-Account Logout." When you submit an application, you should provide complete and accurate account registration information (including but not limited to personal identity information). We will process it within 15 days of receiving your feedback and verifying your identity.
However, unless otherwise stipulated by law, account logout may lead to the deletion of all your user data and account information, and this cannot be recovered. You can contact us using the methods listed in the "Contact Us" section for more details.
If, according to applicable laws and regulations, we are required to collect, process, use, or share your information, we may refuse your request within the scope allowed by applicable laws and regulations. We have the right to adjust your aforementioned rights in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
VIII. Information Security
We strive to ensure the security of user information to prevent loss, improper use, unauthorized access, or disclosure of information. We will collect, use, store, and transmit user information based on the "minimization" principle, and inform you of the purpose and scope of the relevant information through user agreements and privacy policies. We will implement all appropriate organizational, managerial, and technical measures to protect your provided personal information within our internal organization.
We have established internal systems for information security and data protection, with a dedicated information security team responsible for the construction of the information security system, covering aspects such as network security, vulnerability management, threat detection, and security incident handling processes. In practice, we use security tools such as intrusion detection/protection systems, network firewalls, antivirus tools, and anti-spam tools (such as TDA, PA/CP/FT, McAfee, WAF, etc.), and implement network boundary monitoring and protection measures on our systems.
Our internal application systems use HTTPS or TLS encryption methods to ensure the security of your data during transmission. Our core systems have been legally and regulatively recorded at the third or second level of information system security protection.
We conduct data security awareness training and assessments for employees, reinforcing their understanding of the importance of protecting personal information. Employees handling personal information undergo identity authentication and permission control. We sign confidentiality agreements with employees and partners who have access to your personal information, clearly defining job responsibilities and behavior guidelines to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information.
In the event of security incidents such as personal information leaks, we will activate emergency plans to prevent the expansion of security incidents and inform you through push notifications, announcements, and other means.
Given the limitations and rapid development of technology in the internet industry, as well as various malicious attack methods, despite our best efforts to strengthen security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information at all times. IX. Security Incident Notification
We will formulate emergency plans for network security incidents, promptly deal with security risks such as system vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions. In the event of an event that endangers network security, we will immediately initiate an emergency plan, take corresponding remedial measures, and report to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
After a security incident occurs, we will promptly inform you of the basic situation and potential impacts of the security incident, the remedial measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and your remedial measures. If it is difficult to inform you one by one, we will release announcements in a reasonable and effective manner.
X. Protection of Minors
Except as required by applicable laws, we will not knowingly collect personal information from minors (under the age of eighteen). Minors are advised not to provide us with personal information without the consent of their guardians.
XI. Privacy Policy Updates
If we decide to update our privacy policy, we will announce the updated privacy policy on the Goeco website and Goeco APP through page notifications before the new version takes effect, allowing you to understand the changes. Without your explicit consent, we will not diminish your rights under this privacy policy. If there are significant changes to this privacy policy, we will also provide more prominent notices, such as using pop-up windows when you log in to our website or Goeco APP, or directly sending you SMS messages. Significant changes to this privacy policy may include significant changes to the purposes of processing personal information, types of personal information processed, and ways personal information is used, as well as significant changes to your rights regarding personal information or how to exercise them.
XII. Third-Party SDKs
To ensure the secure and stable operation of our products/services or to implement related functions, some of our products/services contain third-party software development kits ("SDKs"). When you use products/services supported by such SDKs, the third-party SDK may collect and process your personal information. We conduct security testing and evaluation on third-party SDKs, strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements to protect data security. To maximize the security of your information, we strongly recommend that you first review the privacy terms of any third-party SDK services you intend to use. Third parties will independently assume related obligations and responsibilities for your personal information in accordance with their privacy terms and personal information protection policies. If you identify risks with these SDKs, we recommend terminating the relevant operations immediately and promptly contacting us. XIII. Judicial Jurisdictional Requirements
If the provisions of this privacy policy conflict with the laws and regulations of a specific judicial jurisdiction, the laws and regulations of that specific judicial jurisdiction shall prevail.
XIV. Child Safety & Prohibited Content
PT. LISGO MOTOR INDONESIA (“Goeco”) strictly prohibits any content that involves child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment (“CSAE”). We do not allow any user to upload, post, share, transmit or distribute content depicting sexual activities involving minors or sexual exploitation of minors.
Any such content is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate action, including removal of the content, suspension or termination of the user’s account, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities when required by law.
If you see any content or behavior in Goeco that may violate child safety or CSAE rules, please report to us immediately via our in-app reporting tool or contact us at develop@lisgo.id and we will take prompt action.
Goeco commits to regularly reviewing and moderating user-generated content, employing filtering, human review, and automated tools to detect and remove prohibited content.
This policy is binding on all users of Goeco, and continued use of Goeco implies acceptance of these rules.
